Builder’s Final Clean Checklist

A detailed comprehensive report will be provided for every clean, including a pre-inspection fault or issue summary, with supporting before and after photographs and a complete checklist of all tasks completed to ensure the highest quality and accountability.

General Areas – All Rooms

  • Remove all dust, dirt, and debris from surfaces

  • Clean walls, skirting boards, and door frames

  • Spot clean paint marks, adhesives, and smudges

  • Wipe light switches, power points, and fittings

  • Dust and clean all window sills and ledges

  • Vacuum floors thoroughly, including corners

  • Mop hard floors with appropriate cleaner

  • Remove protective film, labels, and residue from surfaces

  • Clean inside cupboards, drawers, and shelving

  • Clean air vents, fans, and filters (if applicable)

Windows & Glass

  • Clean all interior and exterior glass (where accessible)

  • Remove paint spots, dust, and fingerprints
